Military Contract Services Overview

James used to have a contract with AAFES to operate a cafe in the gym on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson. The cafe served as a coffee shop offering pre/post workout supplements, shakes, and grab-n-go snacks. In 2018, an earthquake severely damaged the gym that housed his business. It took almost 18 months for the gym to return to full operation, during which time there was insufficient foot traffic to keep the business viable. Consequently, he had to end operations and his contract. Enjoying the challenge of running a business, James established RAVEN Mission Solutions in 2026 to re-enter the contract arena and provide military support contracts that address various training requirements for the military community. As a VOSB and SDVOSB, RAVEN Mission Solutions aims to support all aspects of military training needs.
